Will the print wash off?

No. We use dye sublimation, so the ink fuses into the coating rather than sitting on top as a film — the image will not crack or peel. To keep the mug looking its best, wash it by hand and avoid abrasive sponges.

How many days does production take?

3 working days from artwork approval and payment. Nova Poshta delivery adds another 1–3 working days.

Can I order just one cup?

Yes, there is no minimum order. We print from a single piece — trade discounts start at 10.

How do I send you my design?

What we print on

Several types of drinkware are in production. The steel thermo mug holds temperature and will not shatter — the most popular choice for gifts and corporate runs. The ceramic mug is the classic for home and office, with the largest printable area. The white steel mug combines the durability of metal with a clean white base on which colours look their brightest. We also print on travel tumblers and glasses.

Artwork can go on one side, both sides, or wrap continuously around the body. The studio shows the print-area boundaries, so you can see how your design sits on the product before you order.

Printing and durability

We apply artwork by dye sublimation: the ink fuses into the mug's coating rather than sitting on top as a film. The image therefore does not crack, peel at the edges or wear away with daily use. Colour reproduction is full — photographs, gradients and the fine lines of an emblem all come out crisply. To keep the print looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend washing by hand and avoiding abrasive sponges.

What prints well

High-contrast images with clean edges work best: emblems, monograms, logos and short pieces of text. Small type below 6–7 mm is harder to read on a curved surface, so captions are better set larger or moved to the second side. Photographs print in full colour, but bear in mind that a mug is not a flat sheet — the image wraps around a cylinder and its edges visually recede from the viewer.

When the artwork background matches the mug colour the boundary disappears and the design reads as one piece; this works especially well on the white steel mug. For dark, saturated backgrounds choose the ceramic mug — it offers the largest flat area for edge-to-edge printing.

We print from a single cup — there is no minimum order. Ceramic mugs start at ₴350 and steel thermo mugs at ₴450. Trade discounts apply from 10 pieces and increase again from 50; we will quote your exact run once the artwork is agreed.

For companies and gift sets we issue an invoice with the accompanying paperwork. If you need the same design across several mug types, we will adapt a single piece of artwork to each shape.

How to order your own design

Upload finished artwork as PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF — vector or 300 DPI raster is best. : add a logo, a caption or a photo, choose a typeface and preview the result before ordering.

If you have no design, — send us your logo and what you have in mind, and our designer will prepare the artwork. You always receive a proof for approval before we print.

Production, delivery and payment

Standard production time is 3 working days after artwork approval and payment. We ship via Nova Poshta (1–3 working days), Ukrposhta (3–7 days) or Mist Express (1–2 days), with free pickup in Mykolaiv. Delivery is paid by the recipient to the carrier at the carrier's rates. Payment is by card online through LiqPay or by bank transfer.
