Quantity, pricing and trade orders

There is no minimum order — we print one flag exactly as we print a hundred. The unit price drops as the run grows: the 0.4 × 0.6 m size is ₴220 for a single piece and ₴158 each from 100 pieces. Discounts apply automatically at 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 pieces, so there is no need to ask for a trade price separately.

For military units, volunteer fundraisers and companies we issue an invoice and provide the accompanying paperwork. Complex artwork and large runs are quoted individually before payment.

How to order your own design

If your artwork is ready, upload PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF — vector or 300 DPI raster gives the best result — and : add the emblem, text and background, and the preview shows the result immediately.

If you do not have artwork yet, . Send us your unit emblem and what you have in mind, and our designer will prepare the artwork; for runs of 10 flags or more this is free. Either way we send the finished proof for approval via Telegram, Viber or email, and print only once you confirm it.

Care and service life

A flag-mesh flag is built for permanent outdoor use: it does not absorb water, dries quickly and keeps its shape after rain. If the fabric gets dirty, hand-wash it in cool water without bleach and dry it spread out — no ironing needed. The biggest source of wear is not sunlight but abrasion against the mast or wall, so for a permanently hoisted flag choose rope-and-carabiner mounting: it gives the fabric freedom to move and takes the load off the edge.

Production, delivery and payment

Standard production time is 3 working days from artwork approval and payment. We ship via Nova Poshta (1–3 working days), Ukrposhta (3–7 days) or Mist Express (1–2 days), and free pickup is available in Mykolaiv. Delivery is paid by the recipient directly to the carrier at the carrier's rates — we do not add it to your order total. You can pay by card online through LiqPay or by bank transfer.

How much does a custom flag cost?

It depends on size and quantity. The smallest size, 0.4 × 0.6 m, is ₴220 per piece and ₴158 from 100 pieces. A large 2.25 × 1.5 m flag is ₴1530 for one and ₴1100 each in a large run. Rope or grommet mounting adds ₴30–50 per unit.

What material do you use?

110 g/m² flag mesh — a light polyester fabric made for outdoor flags. It lets wind through so the flag opens well even in light air, the print resists fading, and the fabric needs no special care.

How many days does production take?

3 working days from the moment you approve the artwork and payment arrives. Large runs and complex artwork are confirmed individually. Nova Poshta delivery adds another 1–3 working days.

Can I order just one flag?

Yes. There is no minimum order — we print from a single piece. Trade discounts start at 5 pieces and step up at 10, 20, 50 and 100.

How do I send you my design?

Upload the file directly in the studio, or send it to us on Telegram or Viber. We accept PNG, JPG, SVG and PDF; vector or 300 DPI raster gives the best quality. If you have no artwork, request a free design instead.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Always. We send a digital proof for approval via Telegram, Viber or email and start printing only after you confirm it.
