How long does production take?
3 business days for most items. Rush orders may be possible — message us on Telegram or Viber to check.
What file formats do you accept?
PNG, JPG, SVG and PDF. For best quality use PNG at 300 DPI or SVG. Our online customiser also lets you upload directly and see a live preview.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Just 1 piece. We don't have minimums. Bulk discounts start at 10 units — contact us for a quote.
How do I pay?
By bank card transfer. After placing your order we'll send you the card number. Once payment is confirmed we start production. Send a screenshot of the transfer on Telegram or Viber.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Within Ukraine we use Nova Poshta (1–3 days). International shipping is available via Nova Poshta International — contact us for rates and delivery times.
Can I see a proof before production?
Yes. For all custom orders we send a digital proof on Telegram, Viber or by email before we start. You approve it before printing.
What is your return policy?
Every item is made to order and personalised, so by law it can't be returned or exchanged as a good of proper quality. But we fully guarantee quality: if your order arrives defective, damaged or not as ordered, message us within 3 days of receipt with a photo and we'll reprint it or refund you — free of charge.
Can you create the design for us?
Yes! If you don't have a ready design, we'll help. Send us your emblem and notes via the design request form and our designer will prepare a layout. For orders of 10+ flags the design is free.
