Terms of Sale

This document is a public offer — a proposal to enter into a contract of sale on the terms set out below.

Placing an order on the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The Seller is the sole trader whose registration details are listed under “Details and contacts” below.

The Buyer is a person with legal capacity who has placed an order on the site.

The Seller produces and delivers to the Buyer printed and souvenir goods, including items with custom artwork, and the Buyer accepts and pays for them.

Orders are placed through the site. The price is the one shown on the product page and in the basket at the time of ordering.

Payment is made by card online via LiqPay or by bank transfer to the company account. Production starts once payment is received.

For orders with custom artwork, production starts after the Buyer approves the proof.

Delivery is by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or Meest Express, or by pickup in Mykolaiv.

Delivery is paid by the recipient directly to the carrier on collection, at the carrier's rates, and is not part of the order total.

Goods made to a custom order cannot be returned as goods of proper quality, in line with Ukrainian law.

The Seller is responsible for the goods matching the approved artwork and for print quality.

The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details provided and for holding the rights to any images and text supplied for printing.

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
